An expert of cookery and confectionery daily:
• organizes and conducts processes of preparation and preparation for sale of hot and cold dishes, culinary products, snacks of complex assortment, cold and hot desserts, bakery, flour confectionery products, semi-finished products for dishes, drinks of complex assortment;
• prepares necessary equipment, products, semi-finished products;
• use the technology and recipe for cooking dishes and correctly operates the technological equipment;
• ensure proper accounting and storage of products in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards;
