Barnaul Cooperative College works closely with educational organizations of Barnaul and Altai Region, the Russian Federation and Foreign colleagues.

The Barnaul Cooperative College, on a contractual basis with the Education Committee of the city of Barnaul, is working to implement the tasks of early career guidance and is the initiator of the organization of professional tests of schoolchildren "ProfessionTaste" In 2020, the college, together with the City Education Committee, implemented the project "Start Up: School Business Projects," in order to prepare for the WorldSkills Championship in competence "Entrepreneurship. Juniors".

The college is a participant in an innovative project for the introduction and implementation of models and mechanisms of network interaction of educational organizations, the basic sites of the project are educational institutions in the city of Barnaul.

Barnaul Cooperative College constantly collaborates with educational institutions of consumer cooperation in Russia, which traditionally participate in the events of the National Championship of Professions and Entrepreneurial Ideas "Career in Russia," including in online format. In 2020, students of graduation groups took part in the Internet Olympiad "Theory and Practice of Cooperation," organized by the Kazan Cooperative Institute, as a result of which they took the first team place.

Within the framework of international cooperation with the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the administration of the Barnaul Cooperative College took part in the institutional accreditation of four educational organizations, which was carried out according to ARQA standards: Kazakhstan-Korea College "Kwanson," East Kazakhstan Technical and Economic College, Technical and Economic College (Ust-Kamenogorsk), "Semey College ey" (Zhana-Kameni)

Experts Tovpyshka O.A. and Gorskaya T.V. conducted an analysis of the compliance of activities under the ARQA Standards, identified the best practices of the internal and external quality assurance system, as well as made recommendations on standard 7 "Analysis and information management" and on standard 8 "Public awareness."
